Tenbi Tokubetsu Junmai

A stellar new discovery from the Yamaguchi prefecture made by rockstar female Master Brewer Miki Fujioka. The nose on this nouveau styled Junmai is a delicious combination of white cherry, kiwi, green melon, plum, linen, cucumber, and steamed rice. Slightly effervescent with a zesty, crisp presence on the palate. The flavors develop into pear, apple and ginger. This is a “new world” Junmai that is fresh and fun, with slight bubbles that balance the structure that makes it very food friendly.
