The ‘Cuvée de Réserve’ Blanc de Blancs is drawn from an impressive 67 parcels across the estate, layering texture and complexity into a strikingly elegant Champagne. Expect notes of crisp pear, green apple, hazelnut, and fresh brioche, all held together by racy acidity and chalky finesse.
